Free Teeth Whitening for Life

To qualify for Flamingo Dental Escape's Free Teeth Whitening for Life Program, all individuals must:

1. Be 18 years of age or older
2. Have a healthy mouth free of dental disease
3. Must comply with minimum required dental care as stated by doctor, must not have active untreated gum disease, dental caries, root sensitivity or oral cancer
4. Must receive a comprehensive dental examination and full mouth X-rays at Flamingo Dental Escape before starting the Program (additional terms and fees may apply)
5. Must maintain continued hygiene care with Flamingo Dental Escape as specified by doctor or hygienist in order to continue receiving complimentary bleach syringes
6. Must make all scheduled appointments and comply with broken appointment policy. Cancellations must be made with a minimum 24 hour notice and must be rescheduled within 2 weeks

The Flamingo Dental Escape Free Teeth Whitening for Life Program includes a take home bleaching kit, and up to two (2) additional complimentary bleach syringes per year. Patients must keep their preventive visits current (to include a minimum of twice yearly cleaning appointments) and provide at least a 24-hour cancellation notice prior to any Flamingo Dental Escape appointment in order to maintain membership. One (1) complimentary bleach syringe will be given at each re-care appointment in 6-month intervals at time of hygiene/ cleaning appointment.
